Cancellation & No-show or late-arrival fee

*100% Charge for any cancellation made within 3 days or no show all periods 75% *Charge for any cancellation made within 7 days or no show in high season periods
*50% Charge for any cancellation made within 14 days or no show in high season periods

* Refunds are always minus any cancellation fees. We charge a $10 USD cancellation fee per booking.

The amount you’ll be refunded when you cancel your booking will depend on the booking terms of the ferry company you’re sailing with and the type of ticket you have booked. We’ll let you know how much you’ll be refunded before we cancel your booking so you can decide if you’d still like to cancel it.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is based on seat availability and if made 48 hours prior to departure for the regular season
